Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties, except for the return shipping costs. This period begins on the date of delivery of the order. To exercise this right, the customer must return the new products (unopened and/or unused), at their own expense, along with the order number, to the following address:

If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
Products that are incomplete or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. Refunds for products will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after Arhø Beauty receives the returned items.

Please note: if the final value of the kept products no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned products.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of the order.
