Shipping

We ship your parcels via Bpost, Belgian postal service and Mondial Relay (for some destinations). Shipping times vary depending on your location.

However, we process your packages within 48 hours of validation of your order.

 

 

You have a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties* with the exception of return costs, from the delivery of the order and which will be exercised by returning at your expense the new products (unopened and/or unused) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Products returned incomplete or damaged by the buyer will not be accepted. Refunds for products will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt by Arhø Beauty of said products. Please note: if the total amount of the products in the final order does not qualify for free delivery, these will be deducted from the refund for the returned products). The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen when placing your order.

 

*except in the case where the products have been damaged by the fault of the carrier. If this is the case, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@arhobeauty.com. Don't forget to take photos of the damaged goods.
